1. Service Overview

Feo Enhance is an AI-assisted photo enhancement platform. You are responsible for all uploaded content and must have the legal right to process each image.

2. Fair Usage

You must not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Automated abuse, scraping attempts, or misuse of payment systems may result in suspension or termination.

3. Credits and Billing

Each enhancement consumes one credit unless explicitly stated otherwise. Credit packs are one-time purchases and non-transferable. Checkout and payment operations are processed via our merchant-of-record provider.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded media, enhancement artifacts, and related operational processing data are automatically deleted after 6 months. Billing, purchase, and compliance records may be retained for longer periods when required by law, tax rules, or merchant-of-record obligations.

5. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided as-is. While we aim for high output quality, enhancement results can vary by source image and model behavior.
